This lake is so wonderful. From a rain point of view Offnear Lake is a reasonably common site; September is the wettest month with most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. Family Campground is a great local campground, and in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chippewa River.
