There are other sites here than North Lake, for example Kirchner Lake, and nearby you come across the Honeymoon Lake Snowmobile Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from North Lake, you'll come across Hesperia Pond which is a striking lake; folks from Muskegon-Norton Shores love to come here. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of North Lake. A quick visit       to Wrights Creek near North Lake is a pleasant idea, and a round of golf at nearby Northwood Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. The Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail is a splendid hiking trail near North Lake; a good site to camp here at North Lake is Lake Park Campground. Going for a hike on the Newaygo County Snowmobile Trail is always a wonderful adventure; camping at Hesperia Campground is always a nice experience. All through the warmest time of the                  year here at North Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; overnight lows at North Lake all through the winter generally descend into the 10's.
