Good hiking is available along the Lakeshore Trail; if you've had enough of Noble Lake, Chapel Lake is close by.       From a rainfall point of view Noble Lake is a relatively normal spot; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. If you came for an overnight stay Mosquito Beach Campground is a magnificent place to camp; a perfect close by hotel is AmericInn Munising. All the outdoors entertaining stuff close to Noble Lake will keep you coming back time and again. You could also stop by Humphrey Pond                  if you're here at Noble Lake; it's close by; stopping by Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. There's good hiking along the Haywire Grade ORV Trail, and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Munising is a fine choice.
