The annual rainfall here at Nevilles Lake is about average; during September this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. If time allows, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is a national park worth taking a look at, and why not take a little tour to Camp Eightthree Creek while you're here. Camping is available at Hiawatha Resort and Campground, and since       you're here you can take a hike along the Big Island Lake Portage Canoe Trail. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. Twilight Lake is a great lake next to Nevilles Lake; if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Valley Spur Ski Trail. High temperatures at Nevilles Lake through the months of summer are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's,                  and night lows through the winter for Nevilles Lake tend to be in the 0's.
