The warmest time of the year at Muskrat Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and the nighttime is slightly chillier of course, ordinarily in the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are generally in the 20's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures       at Muskrat Lake sink into the 0's. Muskrat Lake is a good location of common rainfall; September is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a nice little tour to Camp R Creek; going for a hike along the Bay De Noe Grand Island Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. You don't have to go far from Muskrat Lake to enjoy Hiawatha National Forest, and a visit to                  Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is worthwhile. Hiking along the Valley Spur Ski Trail is wonderful fun, and you'll come across a picturesque lake called Connor Lake. Dry warm beds await you at AmericInn Munising, and paddling on Au Train River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Gladstone Ski Park, and while you're here, you could also stop by beautiful Cranberry Lake. Man, is there a load of enjoyable things to do in the neighborhood of Muskrat Lake.
