Lots of people from Niles-Benton Harbor come to Mud Lake, and why not camp at Covert Park Beach and Campground if you're here at Mud Lake. Throughout the summertime at Mud Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; after the sun is down                  through the winter temperatures at Mud Lake sink into the 10's.
