Mud Lake gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; the month with most of the rain is September while February is commonly the driest month. This is a brilliant vicinity for folks who like lakes. Allen Lake is a lake in the vicinity, and there are plenty of folks from Jackson here at Mud Lake. If you need a place to stay Fairfield Inn By Marriott Jackson is a great choice, and Mud Lake is       splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Wheel Inn Campground is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Long Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Jackson Travelodge. There's so much to do here at Mud Lake that you need to camp here for a while, P J Family Campground is a magnificent site for that; some of the water nearby flows, like Pleasant Lake Drain. What a                  place this is for outdoors people. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Red Cedar River. During the summertime months highs here at Mud Lake get into the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
