For the duration of the summertime months at Mud Lake temperatures are frequently in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's while Mud Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds       await you at Country Hearth Inn Jackson, and Mud Lake is not the only place close by, Cove Lake is a close by lake. A good location to camp here at Mud Lake is Shady Acres Campgrounds, and an afternoon playing golf at Ella Sharp Park Golf Course is always a pleasure. Mud Lake is a good site of common rainfall; most of the rain falls during May; February meanwhile is the driest month. Man, is there heaps of entertaining things to do close to Mud Lake. Camping                  is available at Somerset Beach Campground.
