During your trip to Mud Lake you'll meet some folks from Mount Pleasant for sure; a round of golf at nearby Pines Golf Course is a fine way to kill some time. At Mud Lake all through the summertime highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs       down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Mud Lake. A perfect place to camp here at Mud Lake is Nature's Chain of Lakes Campground, and if you need a place to stay MAXFIELDS INN is a splendid choice. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Mud Lake. Mud Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is September; the driest month of the year is February.
