There's whitewater on Falls River for all you adrenaline people; you're sure to run into some great folks from Houghton here. A great location to camp here at Mud Lake is Twin Lakes State Park, and Otter Lake is a great lake nearby. Mud Lake is a good site of normal precipitation; January is the wettest month with most snow, and the driest of the months is April. Otter River is a splendid spot       to check out; lakes are such serene places, why not go to Huron Lake. Summertime highs at Mud Lake frequently tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Highs during the winter are frequently in the 20's, and night lows at Mud Lake through the winter generally sink into the 0's. This place is excellent, just check out all the cool stuff to do close to Mud Lake.
