Through the winter highs are regularly in the 20's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Mud Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. Getting to Ives Drain from Mud Lake is painless, and after a long day outdoors Sleep Inn Dewitt is a magnificent place to spend a night or two.
