This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant nearby hotel is Yarrow Golf & Conference Center; lots of people from Battle Creek come here. A beautiful lake like Clear Lake near Mud Lake is a nice location to explore. The amount of precipitation that falls at Mud Lake is close to the       national average; September is the month that gets the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest.
