Through the summer, highs commonly are in the 70's at Mud Lake. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Mud Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Mud Lake. Why not camp at Maplehurst Camp while you're here at Mud Lake, and after a long day outdoors Inn At Grey Gables is a good place to spend a night or two. Mud Lake gets a common amount of annual rainfall; September is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful.
