Marquette is a good place to do that, also McClure Dam is worth stopping at while you're here. Going for a hike on the Holyoke Trail is always a glorious adventure, and you'll meet a lot of people from Marquette here. There's whitewater on Dead River for all you thrill seekers; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by Long Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the pleasant whitewater of Carp       River, and if you came to camp City Of Marquette is a great location to do that. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Morgan Pond, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs all through the winter are commonly in the 20's with temperatures at Morgan Pond dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Morgan Pond. If you need a site to stay Comfort Suites Marquette is a good choice.                  Lakes are wonderful; McClure Storage Basin is a lake that's close to Morgan Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Morgan Pond gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; all through the month of September you get the most rain around here, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
