Take a side visit to Tobin Creek; hiking is a popular thing to do around Moose Lake; Stoll Trail is a brilliant local trail. Nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Ahmik is in close proximity to Moose Lake; dry warm beds await you at Oak Street Inn. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the neighborhood of Moose Lake. There's magnificent hiking along the Mount Franklin Trail.       Good hiking is available along the Tobin Harbor Trail, and you can stay the night at Duncan Bay Campground.
