The beauty of Moon Lake attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. Twin Falls Creek is a stream that you may encounter while you're here. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Timberstone Golf Course is close by; Lake Antoine is a tremendous lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Iron Mountain is a good place to get some rest, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Menominee River.

Throughout the warm months highs here at Moon Lake reach the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The yearly rain here at Moon Lake is about average; all through
June this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Moon Lake has to offer, you can camp at Iron Mountain Campgrounds, and if you're interested in hydro
structures, you can pop by Twin Falls Dam. A day on the slopes of Norway Mountain is just what you need; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Brule River.
