Near Monument Lake you hit upon the Trout Lake Bicentennial Hiking Trail which is a great hiking trail. Lakes? Sure, Dishpan Lake is in close proximity. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Soldier Lake Campground is a nice location to camp; the North Country Trail is a wonderful hiking trail nearby. If you need a site to stay Castlewood Inn & Suites is a splendid choice.
