If you need a spot to stay Baymont Inn & Suites Lansing N/DeWitt is a good choice; Montague Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Moon Lake Campground is a great place to camp nearby. Montague Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; September is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Sleep Inn Dewitt is a pleasant       spot to spend a night or two; you'll locate a wonderful lake called Brindle Lake. If you're here at Montague Lake and you like golf, you can stop at Pine Hills Golf Course, and the fine folks of Lansing-East Lansing like to hang out nearby. Man, is there heaps of amusing things to do right next door to Montague Lake. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Montague Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lansing Cottonwood Campground. The warmest time                  of the year brings highs in the 80's to Montague Lake with overnight lows in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Montague Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights.
