Mona Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the wettest month of the year is typically August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Baymont Inn and Suites Muskegon is a pleasant choice, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Cedar Creek Cycle Trail. Lakes are fine; Muskegon Lake is a lake       that's right next door to Mona Lake, and playing golf is lots of fun at Oak Ridge Golf Club. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Mona Lake.
