What a nice lake Lake Minnie is. There's good hiking along the Holyoke Trail; some of the water close by flows, like Partridge Creek. If you come at the right time of year, Escanaba River - Middle Branch offers some fine whitewater, and the slopes of Marquette are so inviting nobody can resist. Swamps don’t sound that brilliant but Grass Lake close to Lake Minnie is relatively brilliant, and if you need a site to stay Jasper Ridge Inn Ishpeming is a tremendous

A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Lake Minnie; through September this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp City Of Marquette is a great spot to do that. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Escanaba River - Middle Branch. time. Summit Mountain is scenic and can be seen from Lake Minnie, and Lake Minnie is not the only place nearby, Lake Angeline is a nearby lake. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Lake Minnie reach the 70's, and during
summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Lake Minnie.
