Man, is there a heap of cool things to do in close proximity to Mill Pond. Grand Hotel is a great spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular site for people from Sault Ste. Marie, and playing golf is lots of fun at Les Cheneaux Golf Course. Law Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth taking a look at, and a fine nearby hotel is Mission Point Resort. You'll need more than a day to       look at everything Mill Pond has to offer, you can camp at Bay City Lake Campground; hiking is a popular thing to do around Mill Pond; Mackinac Trail is a tremendous local trail. There's so much to do here at Mill Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cedarville RV Park is a fine place for that, and close by you find Avery Point. Summertime highs at Mill Pond frequently tend to be in the 70's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 50's.
