A delightful close by hotel is Best Western Of Howell, and Hell Creek Ranch is a good       local campground. So much entertaining stuff to do here at Mill Pond, too delightful to be true. Not far from Mill Pond, you'll come across Barber Lakes which is a lovely lake, and after a long day outdoors Kensington Inn is a great site to spend a night or two. Summer at Mill Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are mostly in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's while Mill Pond nighttime low temperatures through                  the wintertime are in the 10's. This is a popular spot for people from Ann Arbor, and Timberland Campground is a great campground nearby.
