Mill Pond gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; September is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Float down the rapids of Kalamazoo River in a kayak; a magnificent close by hotel is Radisson Plaza Hotel At Kalamazoo Center. This lake is so wonderful. A pretty lake like Chief Noonday Lake in close proximity to Mill Pond is a nice location to stop by,       and a good place to camp here at Mill Pond is Parkside Park. If you need a site to stay Comfort Inn Plainwell is a wonderful choice, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Mullenhurst Golf Course. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Bittersweet, and why not camp at Shelp Resort since you're here at Mill Pond. Be careful coming to Mill Pond, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Mill Pond is not far at all from Kalamazoo-Portage;                  lakes are such calm places, why not stop at Gun Lake. The warmest time of the year at Mill Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
