If you came for an overnight stay Lake Ste. Kathryn Campground is a glorious location to camp, and you're probably hooked on lakes, Elginor Lake is one of those nearby. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Mill Lake. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Ski Brule is near Mill Lake, and if you've had enough of Mill Lake, Beck Lake is close by. Mill Lake is a good place of typical rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of

| | the rain while February is commonly the driest month. Sturgeon River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby; there are brilliant spots to explore along the Pelkie Creek Hunter Walking Trails. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Lower Dam Lake Campground, and Best Western Baraga Lakeside Inn is a glorious place to get some rest. course, usually in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are regularly in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Mill Lake. Erickson Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Perch River.
