The annual rainfall here at Mill Lake is about average; all through September this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Stay the night at Shady Bend Camp Ground; Yarrow Golf & Conference Center is a perfect place to get some rest. Throughout the warm days of summer at Mill Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the       60's.
