Lakes are splendid; Sucker Pond is a lake that's right next door to Midget Lake; Fawn Crest Golf Course is a great golf course close by. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Midget Lake. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Midget Lake temperatures sink to the 10's. Midget       Lake gets a common amount of rain; through the month of September you get the most rain around here; the driest month of the year is February. While you're here at Midget Lake you can take a hike along the Lincoln Mills Snowmobile Trail; you're most likely keen on lakes, Sand Lake is one of those nearby. A brilliant close by hotel is Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa, and the skiing at Crystal Mountain is great. This lake is so wonderful. A great place to camp                  here at Midget Lake is Driftwood Valley Campground; on a delightful day you can take a hike along the North Country National Scenic Trail.
