Throughout the warm days of summer here at McIntyre Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at McIntyre Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. Camping is available       at Waterloo Recreation Area, and an afternoon playing golf at Waterloo Golf Course is always a delight. This lake is so wonderful.
