Go for a hike on the Haywire Grade ORV Trail. Lakes are perfect; Neds Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of McInnes Lake. High temperatures at McInnes Lake during the warm days of summer are in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are       in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while McInnes Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything McInnes Lake has to offer, you can camp at Wide Water Campground; a pleasant nearby hotel is Americas Best Value Inn - Wetmore. That right there is heaps already, but it carries on; McInnes Lake has it all. AmericInn Munising                  is a nice location to get some rest, and the views at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore will blow your mind. A normal amount of rain falls here at McInnes Lake; September is when you get the most rain here while February is generally the driest month. Going for a hike on the Big Island Lake Portage Canoe Trail is always a pleasant adventure; it's a delightful idea to pop by Grassy Creek.
