So many entertaining things right next door to McClure Storage Basin, definitely inspiring. At McClure Dam in close proximity to McClure Storage Basin there are some out of the ordinary things to see, and Three Lakes is a brilliant lake nearby. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Marquette, and there's glorious hiking along the Holyoke Trail. Dry warm beds       await you at Comfort Suites Marquette, and if you came to camp Gitche Gumee Campground and RV is a brilliant place to do that. It's a nice idea to take a look at Midway Creek, it's close to McClure Storage Basin, and Carp River is a glorious whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at McClure Storage Basin that you need to camp here for a while, City Of Marquette is a magnificent spot for that, and lots of people from Marquette                  come here. A splendid place for whitewater paddling close to McClure Storage Basin is Dead River; after a long day outdoors Marquette-Days Inn is a great site to spend a night or two. During the summer at McClure Storage Basin highs are frequently in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at McClure Storage Basin are in the 0's.
