Just can't get enough of Massey Lake. Going for a hike on the Mackinac Trail is always a glorious adventure, and there is a wonderful hiking trail close by called the North Country Trail. During the summer highs here at Massey Lake get into the 70's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's, and winter nights come with       lows in the 0's to Massey Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Kewadin Shores Casino Hotel is a splendid place to get some rest, and Tiki Travel Park is a nice campground nearby. Hit the slopes at Nubs Nob nearby, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Horseshoe Bay Trail. Massey Lake gets a common amount of annual precipitation; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is April.
