A great site to camp here at Marsh Ponds is Lakes Of The North Campground, and after a long day outdoors Boyne Mountain Resort is a delightful place to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Marsh Ponds usually tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Marsh Ponds. Marsh Ponds is not the only site close       by, O'Brien Pond is a close by lake, and Marsh Ponds is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Whispering Pines Family Campground is a nice local campground. Be careful coming to Marsh Ponds, you might not ever wanna return back home again. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bear River. You could also visit Deer Lake since you're here at Marsh Ponds; it's nearby, and Shanty Creek is a very popular                  ski area in the neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. Boyne Mountain has fine slopes and a friendly staff, and Mountain Run at Boyne is a great spot to get some rest.
