If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great world it would be. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Marell Lake has to offer, you can camp at Big 6 RV Resort and Campground, and if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Planter Creek. Stay the night at Henry Lake Campground, and Black River is a brilliant whitewater spot       close by. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Marell Lake, you'll come across Etna Lake which is a wonderful lake, and Americinn - Ironwood, Mi is a great location to get some rest. During the summertime at Marell Lake highs are regularly in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Marell Lake. An average amount of                  rain falls at Marell Lake; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. There are other locations here than Marell Lake, for example Dumbell Lake, and why not head up to Big Powderhorn Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. Just can't get enough of the Gogebic Range. Indianhead is a very popular ski area close by, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Rainbow Falls Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Gogebic Range. And if that's not enough there's loads more entertaining things to do in the Gogebic Range.
