At Maple Lake throughout the summertime highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Maple Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little spree to East Branch Paw Paw River if you're here at Maple Lake, and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a great choice. If you came to camp       Leisure Valley Campground is a perfect spot to do that; Bittersweet has great slopes and a friendly staff. You're sure to run into some good people from Kalamazoo-Portage here; do go to Ackley Lake, it's a beautiful lake. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Maple Lake. While you're here at Maple Lake, you could also check out stunning Brownwood Lake, and a tremendous nearby hotel is Super 8 Paw Paw. There's no such thing as a bad                  day of skiing at nearby Timber Ridge. There's so much to do here at Maple Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pioneer Campground is a wonderful place for that. Maple Lake is a good place of typical rainfall; all through the month of September you get the most rain around here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
