A round of golf at nearby Moose Ridge Golf Course is a brilliant way to kill some time. Dollar Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and Mount Holly is a good local ski area. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Mallard Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and during       the dark hours in the winter at Mallard Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. Best Western Of Whitmore Lake is a perfect site to get some rest; you're sure to come across some fine folks from Ann Arbor here. Mallard Lake is a good place of normal rain; September is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Get wet paddling on Huron River; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Mount Brighton                  is relatively near. Davis Creek is a delightful stream that is worth checking out, and Mallard Lake is a brilliant place to camp, Haas Lake Park is a brilliant place. This lake is so wonderful.
