The amount of precipitation that falls at Maggie Lake is close to the national average; during September this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. State Creek is a stream that you may bump into while you're here, and you can hit the slopes at       Ski Brule in close proximity. Maggie Lake is not the only place close by, Walton Lake is a close by lake; camping is available at Sparrow Rapids Campground. Just can't get enough of Maggie Lake. Through the warmest time of the year at Maggie Lake highs are usually in the 70's. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Maggie Lake plunge into the                  0's.
