You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lowmoor Lake has to offer, you can camp at Michigamme Shores Campground; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lowmoor Lake; Holyoke Trail is a delightful local trail. Be careful coming to Lowmoor Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. A lake       close by is Greenwood Reservoir, and in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yellow Dog River.
