All through the warmest time of the year highs here at Lower Brennan Lake reach the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lower Brennan Lake are in the 0's. From a rainfall point of view Lower Brennan Lake is a       relatively typical place; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain while February is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Lower Brennan Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Cedar Shores Campground is a magnificent local campground, and Chippewa River is a fine whitewater spot close by.
