Stay the night at Turtle Lake Campgrounds; why not a little side visit to Kinney Creek. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Mistwood Golf Course; pleasant skiing awaits you at Crystal Mountain. You could also stop at Turtle Lake if you're here at Lake Louise; it's nearby. There's so much to do here at Lake Louise that you need to camp here for a while, Sunnywoods Platte River is a wonderful       place for that. Lake Louise is a good place of typical rain; September is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. The panoramas at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore will blow your mind, and Lake Louise is a spot with many visitors from Traverse City. During the warmest time of the year highs here at Lake Louise reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures                  descend down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and night lows all through the winter for Lake Louise tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Scenic Hill Best Western Resort, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Boardman River.
