    Do stop by Lost Lake while you're in this part of Michigan. All through the summer months at Lost Lake temperatures are typically in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. During the winter the highs are frequently in the 10's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Lost Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Gogebic Range. A common amount of rain falls here at Lost Lake; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
 
   Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Alligator Eye Trail, and camping is available at Bobcat Lake Campground. Lost Lake really is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. All year is a glorious time in the Gogebic Range if you love the outdoors. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Indianhead if you're here; a short journey to Trap Falls is always worthwhile.
In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water,
 
               you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Iron River; a glorious location to camp here at Lost Lake is Ontonagon County Park Campground and Picnic Area. This lake is so wonderful. A good place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Lost Lake is Union River, and getting to Lost Creek from Lost Lake is trouble-free.
