Lost Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Big Lake Campground is a fine local campground; a lake nearby is Fur Farm Lake. At Lost Lake during the summertime highs are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and night lows during the wintertime for Lost Lake tend to be in the 10's. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Newberry, and a wonderful spot to camp here at Lost Lake is Blind

Most sites are grassy and have a mix of sun and shade and are mostly level with some having pads for the large RV's; there are pull throughs too. We welcome big rigs, tents and anything inbetween! We have some excellent spots to situate a group camping atmosphere or family reunion. If you are a bird watcher, we are 3 miles south of Seney National Wildlife Refuge and offer canoe/kayak rentals through the refuge. Pets are welcomed with courtesy rules enforced.
