The annual rainfall here at Loon Lake is about average; September is the wettest month with most rain while February is generally the driest month. Paddling on Ocqueoc River is so much fun, and camping is available at Shady Acres Campground. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Loon Lake. Through       the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Loon Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
