Through the warm days of summer highs here at Long Lake get into the 80's while overnight lows are generally in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Long Lake sink into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Ramada Inn & Convention Center Ludington Mi, and you can go for a hike       on the Woods Trail. Going for a hike on the Indian Trail is always a glorious adventure; Long Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Timber Surf Camping Resort is a splendid local campground. Long Lake is not the only place close by, Round Lake is a close by lake; camping at Pere Marquette Campground is always a pleasant experience. This spot is great, just check out all the fun things to do in the vicinity of Long Lake. From a rainfall point                  of view Long Lake is a pretty common spot; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
