This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western Baraga Lakeside Inn is a brilliant site to spend a night or two, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Tioga River. At Little Summit Lake throughout the days of summer highs are in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are       in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's while Little Summit Lake overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. From a precipitation point of view Little Summit Lake is a rather normal place; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
