Camping at Ivan's Campground & Cabins is always a wonderful experience, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Pine River. The yearly precipitation here at Little Star Lake is about average; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. There are       other places here than Little Star Lake, for example Bush Lake, and camping is available at Whispering Oaks Campground and Cabins. This lake is so wonderful. Baldwin River is a good local stream, and there are perfect places to look at along the Ward Hills Snowmobile Trail. Man, is there a load of amusing things to do right next door to Little Star Lake. There's good hiking along the Honeymoon Lake Snowmobile Trail. Lakes? Sure, Putman Lake is nearby.                  During the summer months, highs typically are in the 80's at Little Star Lake. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's.
