This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the Addis Lakes Ski Trail, and Munising - Days Inn is a glorious site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Gladstone Ski Park, and glorious hiking is available along the Haymeadow Falls Trail. Lots of folks from Escanaba come to Little Pole Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Bay De       Noe Grand Island Trail. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Au Train River; a perfect close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Munising/Wetmore Area. If you adore the outdoors, you'll love Little Pole Lake. If you came to camp Hovey Lake Campground is a great spot to do that; Little Pole Lake is not the only location nearby, Rielly Lake is a nearby lake. Little Pole Lake is a good site of typical precipitation; during September this area sees the most rain, and                  February is when it's the driest. Don't forget to take a great little spree to Cherry Creek. There's so much to do here at Little Pole Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Au Train Lake Campground is a great location for that. Summertime highs at Little Pole Lake typically tend to be in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Little Pole Lake dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
