Little Martin Lake is a location with many visitors from Muskegon-Norton Shores, and Bowman Drain is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. An average amount of rain falls at Little Martin Lake; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. There is a splendid hiking trail in close proximity to Little Martin Lake called       the Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail, and Little Martin Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Park Campground is a good local campground. During the warm months here at Little Martin Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 20's, and night lows all through the winter for Little Martin Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.                  A pleasant place to camp here at Little Martin Lake is Hesperia Campground, and there are perfect locations to explore along the Newaygo County Snowmobile Trail. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Muskegon is a perfect location to spend a night or two, and a lake nearby is Martin Lake. Going for a hike on the Cedar Creek Cycle Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and Knowles Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun.
