The annual rainfall here at Little Long Lake is about       average; most of the rain falls throughout September, and February is when it's the driest. Snowsnake Golf Course Ski Area is a pleasant golf course close by, and a gorgeous lake like McWatty Lake is a wonderful site to explore. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Clare is a great place to spend a night or two, and camping is available at Hidden Hill Family Campground. All through the long summer days here at Little Long Lake,                  high temperatures mostly reach the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's.
