From a rain point of view       Little Island Lake is a quite normal spot; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain while February is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is nice here at Little Island Lake, you can go for a hike along the Haywire Grade ORV Trail; you can stay the night at Hiawatha Resort and Campground. And that's not all you can do here at Little Island Lake. The warmest time of the year at Little Island Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. During the winter highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Little Island Lake.
