Dry warm beds await you at Americinn - Calumet, Mi. From a precipitation point of view Linklater Lake is a quite common location; through January this area sees the most snow, and the driest month of the year is April. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Linklater Lake with night lows in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Linklater Lake through the wintertime       generally drop into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Mount Ojibway Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and taking a little journey to nearby Herring Bay is a perfect idea. There is a glorious hiking trail near Linklater Lake called the Daisy Farm Trail, and if you came to camp Moskey Basin Campground is a pleasant location to do that.
