Get covered with water paddling on Au Train River. Any time is a perfect time at Line Lake if you adore the outdoors. Hovey Lake Campground is a fine campground nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Super       8 Motel - Munising/Wetmore Area. A short trip to Au Train Falls is always worthwhile, and Au Train Lake Campground is a tremendous local campground. High temperatures at Line Lake during the summer are in the 70's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. Through the winter highs are regularly in the 20's, and night lows at Line Lake during the wintertime mostly fall into the 10's. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Gladstone Ski Park                  since you're here; going for a hike along the Addis Lakes Ski Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. While you're here at Line Lake you can take a hike along the Chatham Ski Trail, and you'll hit upon a pretty lake called Odell Pond. The amount of rain that falls at Line Lake is close to the national average; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain while February is mostly the driest month.
